(DAY 18)

Eight hours of sleep made me feel TERRIBLE.  :(
Seven hours makes me feel great, and I thought I'd try to get the full 8 hours for a change, as recommended, and I had SUCH a hard time waking up today. Very late to work. AAND I didn't lose any weight.  :(


Grumpy grumpy grumpy grumpy.

It's the afternoon, and I feel reasonably better.  I did feel grumpy and hungry till about 1pm or so.  And I've still got weird little hunger twinges.  But at least I'm not just uncontrollably frowning anymore.

Tea: 64oz
